Polo Bastia

Each Napo & Leon product bears its number on the neck label and is therefore unique. He wears his number on the label sewn on the neck. On the inside of the right sleeve there is a small embroidery of the brand for identification. We did not want this sign of identity to be too obvious for reasons of style and elegance, but we did want Napo & Leon’s followers to be able to recognize each other.

This polo Bastia has a delicate trim on the sleeve and on the lower part of the garment to add a further detail of personality to a classic sport garment. The buttons we use are made from recycled material to maintain our commitment to the environment. The collar is small to keep tidy the collar that you will wear under your Bastia polo shirt.

The yarn that we have used for our merino wool line is Baruffa 100% merino 2/30 in its Cashwool variant. The construction to one end, allows to achieve an ideal weight and use during most of the year. Ultra thin yet durable, it’s soft and warm for the colder months. Even so, you can wear it for most of the year, since it is not excessively warm and merino wool is cool when it is hotter and warmer when it is colder… And yes, yes, it is magical!

The pattern is tight but comfortable for men of all morphologies who like to set their style. We have been inspired by models from the 60s that we have updated to give them this classic and timeless product vision. This garment is versatile and can be worn with corduroy trousers and a blazer or on the weekend with jeans or chinos. It can also be used to practice outdoor sports such as golf, on top of your Club’s polo shirt. To combine it, you can wear a button-down collar shirt but also a turtleneck sweater. This polo shirt is a stylish but relaxed garment that you can also wear with a t-shirt underneath since the merino wool we use is thermoregulatory and you will never feel overwhelmed by the heat.
