Payments and currencies
The sale prices of the items on the Website are shown in Euro (€). You can buy from any country, although the delivery of the order will be made only in the indicated destination countries. Payments are made through the official payment platform of PAYCOMET, of Banc Sabadell. Paycomet is a PCI – DSS Level 1 platform, the most advanced certification since it encrypts your card data and is stored in the form of tokens. This means that your card details are replaced, thanks to an algorithm, by an automatically generated number. Therefore, every time a payment is made, the platform will be able to authorize the operation just by sharing this token, without the need to expose the real data of your card.
The shipping costs will be automatically applied to the total of your order, once the delivery address has been entered.
You have free shipping for all Mondial Relay Point Pack shipments, with a minimum purchase of € 150.

In the delivery times, the times necessary for the preparation of the orders are not calculated. We usually take 24 hours to prepare your order, from the moment of order creation confirmation until the package is delivered to our carrier.

To avoid incidents in the delivery, it is essential to correctly fill in the corresponding form.
Once we send your order, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation, the carrier data and the instructions for monitoring it, where you can check at all times where your order is, until its final reception.
We do not ship to military bases or PO boxes.
Shipping costs can be changed at any time without prior notice. Said change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in these Conditions of Sale. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of ordering will be valid.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product (s) purchased, without the need for justification, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In case of returning all the products of your order, you will be reimbursed all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by the customer of a shipping method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered).
In the case of a partial return, that is only a part of your order, only the price paid for the products will be refunded, shipping costs not included.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you will have to follow the steps indicated in the ‘Returns’ section of our Website.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a quality or manufacturing defect).
Any return or exchange of products purchased must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or the return or exchange form duly completed. If you do not have these documents at the time of making the exchange or return, you can download the return or exchange form by accessing the order detail page in the “My purchases” section available on the Website / Application.
You can return your order to any transport agency of your choice. The cost of returning the product is at your expense, except for exceptions as contemplated in section 7. (Return of erroneous or defective products).
Napo & Leon, offers a return logistics service, through the Mondial Relay Pack Points. Check if this option is active in your country and the costs of the service in the ‘Returns’ section of our Website.
The change of size or the return of the purchased products can also be made by delivering the package, free of charge, to any Mondial Relay Point Pack. To do this, stick the return label on the package that you will receive when confirming your return.
Once the products have been received, we will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase. Once the status of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed via email. The refund of the corresponding amount will be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the return order.
However, Napo & Leon may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the customer has submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
In the case of wanting to make a change in size, color or change a product for another, you must process a return request, through the ‘Returns’ section, selecting the ‘Change’ option.
Once we receive the return garment, we will send you a coupon for the value of the returned product, redeemable in our online store.
If you want to use the Take Back service, check the steps to follow in the ‘Take Back’ section.
In the event of having received an erroneous product or with a manufacturing defect (tare), we will bear the costs of returning it.
For this reason, you must process a return request, through the ‘Returns’ section, selecting the ‘Error / Tare’ option.
Once we receive the return garment, we will send you the correct garment, without any additional cost, or we will proceed to refund it.
We will not take responsibility for product failures due to improper use of the product.
In case of returning by mistake, a different product to the one included in the return request, the customer must re-process said return assuming the costs corresponding to said collection.
Napo & Leon offers a guarantee on all its products, both new and second-hand, of two (2) years from the date of receipt of the product.
This guarantee refers to defective products and production failures. In this case, according to the law in force in Europe, we offer to repair it or change it for another identical product, completely free of charge.
In the case of not being able to proceed with the repair or not having stock of it, we will offer you a discount or we will refund the full amount paid, depending on the degree of damage.
As a client, you will not be able to transmit, assign or transfer a contract or any of the rights or obligations derived from it without having previously obtained the consent of Napo & Leon in writing.
No waiver by Napo & Leon of a specific right to action derived from this contract will imply a waiver of other rights or actions unless expressly communicated in writing.
Napo & Leon may modify these conditions at any time without, in any case, its retroactive application.
